There have always been some great boybands working in the music industry over the years but it is probably fair to say that the biggest boyband to ever hit the music scene is the British boyband One Direction, who were put together on The X Factor, before going on to take the world by storm. As is always the case with a boyband, there was one member who decided they wanted to go solo before the rest, and in the case of One Direction it was Zayn Malik.

While fans of One Direction were disappointed to see Zayn Malik leave the group, many of them id give him their loyal support, although the singer has failed to deliver on the touring front. However, Zayn has been very clear about his battle with anxiety, which has made it hard for him to take to the stage, and he has now opened up about how he has been learning to cope with his anxiety issues.
Malik was doing an interview with the folks over at Us Weekly, when he explained to them, "Just being straight up. Just being honest about everything, explaining what it is that makes you feel uncomfortable, what it is that you're cool with. And making sure that all of that is in order and everyone's got a clear understanding of what that is."

Meanwhile, Zayn Malik has been working on his second solo studio album and he has admitted that he could now be ready to take to the stage and give his fans the tour they have been waiting for.
