Following the huge success of the game World of Warcraft, there has long been talk of a World of Warcraft movie taking place but, for many years, it felt like it was just a pipe dream that was never actually going to happen. Fortunately though, things finally came together and we are now getting ever closer to seeing the World of Warcraft movie being released, with just a few more months to wait.

While we already know that the movie is going to be simply titled Warcraft in the US, it seems that the UK is going to have a slightly different title, with the film being called Warcraft: The Beginning. We were recently given a whole host of different teasers about Warcraft, with a number of different pictures and posters, as well as the official synopsis for the film.
It reads "The peaceful realm of Azeroth stands on the brink of war as its civilization faces a fearsome race of invaders: Orc warriors fleeing their dying home to colonize another. As a portal opens to connect the two worlds, one army faces destruction and the other faces extinction. From opposing sides, two heroes are set on a collision course that will decide the fate of their family, their people and their home."

The World of Warcraft film boasts a very impressive cast, including such names as Travis Fimmel, Paula Patton, Ben Foster, Dominic Cooper, Toby Kebbell, Ben Schnetzer, Rob Kazinsky and Daniel Wu. Duncan Jones has been on directing duties for Warcraft, with the movie set to hit the big screen on June 3, 2016 in the UK and June 10, 2016 in the US. We cannot wait!
