When it comes to the hit HBO fantasy drama series Game of Thrones, one of the things they managed to do well from the very first season, was mixing new up and coming stars with more experienced and well know stars. These days though, those unknown stars have now become household names, thanks to the huge success of the show and their impressive performances.

Young and talented actress Maisie Williams appeared in the role of Arya Stark in the first season of Game of Thrones and has gone on to win a legion of fans around the world, which has seen her moving on to bigger and better projects. It has now been confirmed that Game of Thrones will come to an end after its eighth season, so what can we expect from Maisie after that?
Well, we have no doubt that Maisie Williams will go on to land plenty of interesting and exciting roles on both the big screen and the small screen, especially if her recent projects are anything to go by. Fans can see Maisie appearing in the upcoming movies The Devil and the Deep Blue Sea, iBoy, and A Storm in the Stars, while she has also been attached to projects including Arrivals, and The Forest of Hands and Teeth.

However, the project that we are most excited about and are seriously hoping does get made, is the planned project X-Men: The New Mutants, which has Maisie Williams linked to the role of Rahne Sinclair aka Wolfsbane. We are not sure exactly what is happening with this project at the moment but we would love to see it happen.
So, as you can see, Maisie Williams already has plenty of new acting projects to her name, so when the time comes to say farewell to Arya Stark and Game of Thrones for good, we have no doubt that she will be just fine.
