Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, well-known British fashion model and long-time girlfriend of action movie star Jason Statham, attended Variety Magazine's 2015 Power Of Women Luncheon on Friday, and she looked absolutely stunning in a black gown and lovely rolled hairstyle that showcased her graceful beauty.
Looking elegant and sophisticated in fresh, understated makeup featuring glowing, dewy skin and a dusky rose lip color, Rosie wore her golden-blonde hair in a beautifully twisted updo created by celebrity stylist Christian Wood. The lovely rolled back and sides of the hairstyle were reminiscent of Scandinavian styles, but the design also looked like it would be quite at home on the set of Game of Thrones.
Offsetting this more classic hairstyle were the modern lines of Huntington-Whiteley's gorgeous black dress, which featured both an asymmetrical neckline that showed a tasteful amount of decolletage and a high-low hemline that also showed a bit of leg in front while keeping a more glamorous longer length in back.
Perhaps rather notable in light of the high profile of the event, also attended by such famously fashionable celebrities as Gwyneth Paltrow, Salma Hayek, Thande Newton, and Reese Witherspoon, Rosie did not pile on the jewelry for this look, but kept things simple with a small pair of diamond hoop earrings. An excellent choice was not to wear a necklace, which would simply have obscured the lovely sweep of her swan neck and graceful shoulders, so well-showcased by the swept-up hair and slightly off-the-shoulder style of the dress.
In recognition of October as Breast Cancer Awareness month, Rosie Huntington-Whitely has recently launched a collection of lingerie and sleepwear for British department store chain Marks & Spencer in support of the charity Breast Cancer Now, which funds breast cancer research and provides resources and information about breast cancer.
