There was once a time when it almost seemed like the norm for a top band or artist to make new music while under the influence, whether it be drink or drugs, but times have moved forward since then and record labels try to make sure that their artists are full functioning and at the best when making their new songs and new albums.

With that said though, music superstar Rita Ora has admitted that she has taken things back to the old school, since she had so much freedom with her new record. Rita says that she wanted her new album to have that feeling of home about, so she surrounded herself with close friends and family and even recorded some new songs while drunk.
Ora was recently talking to the Daily Star newspaper, when she revealed to them, "I wanted people that I've know my whole life to be around me while I was in that creative process. My dad owns a pub, so I would got to the pub all the time and like chill, it was the first time I made music without people screaming down my neck."

She then went on to add, "I even recorded some of the album while drunk. I went home to record this album and went out and got drunk with friends that I've know my whole life. I'm thinking about putting something out that represents me and my girls, a going-out anthem, definitely a girl-power track."
We cannot wait to hear some new music from Rita Ora and it will be interesting to see whether you can tell whether she was drunk or not.
