There are a huge amount of young and talented stars in the acting industry these days and, while a lot of them tend to appear on the likes of the Disney Channel and Nickelodeon, there are others who are managing to make a name for themselves without the assistance of such a big boost. That is exactly where we are going for our One to Watch for today, with a very exciting young talent.
While he is not from the Disney Channel or Nickelodeon shows, Australian actor Ed Oxenbould has still managed to appear on a number of television projects over the years, as well as landing roles in plenty of movies along the way. We would not be surprised if there were a few of you who already recognise Ed, as he really is a very talented star, who manages to steal the scenes he is in.
During the course of his acting career to date, we have seen Ed Oxenbould appearing in television shows such as Puberty Blues, Soul Mates, and Comedy Bang! Bang!, to name just a few. As well as that, we have also seen Ed on the big screen with roles in movies such as Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day, and Paper Planes, among others.
Meanwhile, you can currently see Ed Oxenbould on the big screen in the horror movie The Visit, which really does show what a talented actor he is. Ed steals the film, especially with his fun little raps he does throughout the film. At the age of 14, Ed Oxenbould has the world at his feet and we expect great things from him in the future.
