British actress Natalie Dormer has enjoyed quite the rise in Hollywood over the past few years, appearing in top television shows such as The Tudors and Game of Thrones, while she also plays the role of Cressida in The Hunger Games movies. Well, Natalie is now showing what a diverse actress she is, by revealing her horror side with two new movies in 2016.
The first movie we will see Natalie Dormer in is The Forest, which is has been official described as "While investigating the disappearance of her twin sister, a young American encounters the tormented spirits of Japan's mysterious and legendary Aokigahara Forest." The Forest has been written by Man of Steel scribe David S. Goyer and is directed by Jason Zada, with the movie due to open on January 28, 2016 in the US and March 25, 2016 in the US.
Following that, we will also see Natalie Dormer starring alongside Matt Smith, Stanley Tucci, and John Bradley in the new movie Patient Zero, which is described as "After an unprecedented global pandemic has turned the majority of humankind into violent 'Infected,' a man gifted with the ability to speak the Infected's new language leads the last survivors on a hunt for Patient Zero and a cure." Patient Zero is written by Mike Le, directed by Stefan Ruzowitzky and opens on September 2, 2016.
Natalie Dormer has managed to impress us with pretty much everything we have seen her in so far, so we look forward to seeing just what she has to offer us in these new, upcoming horror movies. We are sure she will be as brilliant as always.
