Kelly Ripa may have just turned 43, but you'd never guess that by looking at her. So what's her secret to staying fit after having three kids? According to trainer Anna Kaiser, it's not easy. The 'Live with Kelly and Michael' host works out every day to keep her figure slim and trim.
Kelly prefers a mix of workouts to keep herself interested
 
According to Kaiser, Kelly prefers to keep her workout routine highly varied, mixing things up fairly regularly to stay in shape. One of her favorite go-to workouts is Anna's ATK in Motion dance course, which combines cardio with strength training, toning, and stretching to maximize results. Apparently the variation that workout provides isn't quite enough for Kelly, though. In addition to the dance class, Kelly regularly mixes things up with cardio workouts such as indoor cycling and even running. 
 
While cross-training as she does is a great way to maximize results, there's more to Kelly's great look than just mixing things up. The star really pushes herself and gives her all to every workout. According to her trainer, Kelly often finishes workouts exhausted, and lies down on the floor, "ready to take a nap" before the post-workout endorphins kick in.
