Over the course of the past few weeks and months, there has been a lot of talk about the state of things between Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, and their beef with music superstar Taylor Swift, and it does not look like going anywhere any time soon. With that said though, there have been plenty of people who have suggested that they just put an end to their war.
The latest person to get involved and have their say, is the beautiful and talented Fergie, who has spoken out to clear up something she had previously said. The Black Eyed Peas star recently made a passing joke that it could all be a publicity stunt, and now she has spoken out to insist that she was only joking, although she does hope that they can all kiss and make up.
Fergie explained, "Oh my gosh, the other day I was doing this interview and I was completely joking and I said something about, 'Oh maybe it's all part of a plan, that they're gonna be at the MTV Awards and perform together,' you know, whatever. I was just completely joking, it was just like a random thought."
She added, "It's, like, exploded as if this was my conspiracy theory - no, I was just joking. It's just my humour and I was trying to deflect the drama, if you will. I don't know, maybe it was wishful thinking. But I mean, I've just known them all a really long time, and I hope they find a way to make up."
While we would love to see Kim Kardashian and Kanye West making up with Taylor Swift, we cannot see it happening any time soon.
