There are a lot of talented British stars working in Hollywood these days, with many of them showing that they have what it takes to mix it with the best that the industry has to offer. 23 year old actor Douglas Booth has been in the acting game for quite a few years now, landing some impressive roles along the way, with the actor looking set to have a very big 2016 indeed.
We will first get to see Douglas Booth appearing in the new movie Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, which co-stars Lily James, Matt Smith, and Lena Headey, among others. Pride and Prejudice and Zombies has been written and directed by Burr Steers and is set to open on February 5, 2016 in the US and February 12, 2016 in the UK.
Following that, Douglas Booth also has a role in the upcoming film Loving Vincent, which will see the actor sharing the big screen with Aidan Turner, Saoirse Ronan, and Chris O'Dowd. Loving Vincent is written and directed by Hugh Welchman and Dorota Kobiela, with the film currently in the filming process and expected to land some time in 2016.
As well as that, Douglas Booth has been linked to roles in two movies in development. The first is The Limehouse Golem, which is directed by Juan Carlos Medina, from the screenplay Jane Goldman developed from the Peter Ackroyd novel. The second is A Storm in the Stars, which is written by Emma Jensen and directed by Haifaa Al-Mansour. Both movies are expected to be released in 2016.
So, as you can clearly see, Douglas Booth has a very busy 2016 and we are sure that he will also sign up to even more projects between now and the end of 2016.
