Actress Carla Gugino has been in the entertainment industry for many years now, appearing in a whole host of hit television shows and movies along the way. However, it seems that Carla has had one of her best years yet, in 2015, thanks to the success of the television series Wayward Pines and the movie San Andreas.
It was recently revealed that Carla Gugino has been nominated for a People's Choice Award, for both Wayward Pines and San Andreas, which the stunning star is clearly delighted about. While Carla is currently in the process of filming her new movie The Space Between Us, she did take the time to thank her fans for their support.

As for her new movie, The Space Between Us centres around a young man who has been raised by scientists working on Mars. However, the young man decides to head back to Earth in a bid to find his father. As well as starring Carla Gugino, the cast of The Space Between Us also includes Britt Robertson, Gary Oldman, and Asa Butterfield, among others.
The Space Between Us is being directed by Peter Chelsom, who also had a hand in penning the screenplay for the project, along with Tinker Lindsay and Allan Loeb, with the movie currently filming and awaiting an official release date.
