From the very moment that it was announced that Disney had purchased the rights to the Star Wars movie franchise and were bringing us a new Star Wars trilogy, there have been plenty of rumours about who we will see in the new films. While a lot of the cast has now been confirmed, it seems that there are still some small roles up for grabs.

Domhnall Gleeson has a role in the movie
It has now been claimed that British supermodel turned actress Cara Delevingne could be up for a small role in Star Wars: Episode VII, and it is all thanks to Domhnall Gleeson, who is a confirmed member of the cast. Cara and Domhnall have built up a friendship over the years and Gleeson has put in a good word for Delevingne.
A supposed insider told the Daily Star, "Cara is a huge fan of Star Wars. She became very envious when she heard the unknown actress Daisy Ridley had managed to land a role. But there are still plenty of parts yet to be cast, as Domhnall has assured her, and she's desperate for one - no matter how small."

Cara Delevingne has been linked to a role
Cara Delevingne has been making some steady progress in the acting industry of late, landing some exciting roles in some interesting projects, since deciding to make the move into acting. It looks like Cara is now going to focus most of her efforts on her acting, although she is not turning her back on her modelling career.
Delevingne recently explained, "Acting is all I've ever wanted to do, so I'm living the dream. I prefer acting to modelling. Modelling is where I started and I could never turn my back on it because without it I wouldn't be here, but this is what I love. This is it for me."
